The MCL Medics’ EAP team are delighted to be working alongside Midlothian Council, providing a supportive service to over 4,500 employees. With the health and wellbeing of the councils’ employees of high importance, we work in partnership with the Council by offering our engaging Employee Assistance Programme which provides access to confidential counselling.
