MCL Medics offer a full range of certified courses based in Aberdeen to satisfy your personal first aid knowledge requirements and your businesses Health and Safety at Work requirements.

We are passionate about training and appreciate that everyone has different learning styles. Our courses are fun, interactive and hands on where people really learn at their own pace.

In our Aberdeen training facility we use up-to-date training equipment, including resuscitation mannequins, training defibrillators, choking vests and utilise a variety of more specialist equipment as required for each course. We also provide quality training support materials for each candidate to take away.

The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. These regulations apply to all workplaces including those with less than five employees and to the self-employed.

What is ‘adequate and appropriate’ will depend on the circumstances in the workplace. MCL Medics offer a Business First Aid Needs assessment to support your decision making and help guide you to the appropriate training courses and number of First Aiders for your needs.
