This month we are focussing on mindfulness and how to adjust to the lifting of the restrictions that we’ve been living with for the last 18 months. With children being off on their summer holidays it is also a good time to get active as a family which will have benefits for all areas of your life. Finally, we look at National Reading Day and the many positive effects reading can have on us.
