Building a healthier workforce

In line with best practice, we undertake annual sickbay medical audits of remote location sickbays, accommodation and galley facilities to ensure all are fit for purpose. The sickbay medical audit report provides important feedback and recommendations for future improvements as well as training, medical supplies and equipment requirements.

The audit reviews every aspect of the sickbay including:

  • Equipment maintenance and calibration

  • Emergency preparedness

  • Compliance with MSOPs to include the control of drugs, medical equipment and consumables

  • Medical record keeping

  • Hygiene of catering and accommodation areas

  • Occupational health and hygiene arrangements

We provide qualified and experienced auditors, to undertake the full audit of the medical facilities provided on-board installations and vessels, as per UK sector regulations and also in line with corporate QHSE policies. Before the audit, the qualifications and experience of the auditor are submitted for approval and the full scope of the audit is agreed.
