Major multi-year contract highlights importance of employee support in 2022

MCL Medics’ Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) team are delighted to announce the 1st of February launch of a major “cross force” EAP for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire,  Kent, Norfolk and Suffolk police forces’ 30,000 police officers, police staff and their families, providing them with access to a confidential, holistic, health and wellbeing support service, 24/7 365 days a year.

All employees will have 24/7/365 access to MCL Medics’ industry leading online portal and app, including a wealth of evidence-based health and wellbeing advice and support. All this is backed up with a comprehensive counselling service supporting individuals to address problems in a positive way by helping to clarify the issues, explore options, develop strategies, and increase self-awareness.
