MCL Medics and Healthoutfit agree partnership to combine occupational health with proactive employee wellbeing
MCL Medics, a SEQOHS accredited occupational health provider, has agreed a partnership with Aberdeen based workplace wellbeing specialist Healthoutfit Ltd. Effective immediately, the partnership gives employers access to occupational health and proactive employee wellbeing through a single relationship, led by MCL Medics.
Occupational health’s primary function is to protect and promote employee health, supporting both individual wellbeing and a safe, productive working environment. The evidence linking employee wellbeing to performance, retention and safety continues to build, and buyers now expect health protection and health improvement alongside clinical provision.
Under the partnership, Healthoutfit becomes MCL Medics’ partner for proactive employee health and wellbeing, and MCL Medics becomes Healthoutfit’s occupational health partner. Clients of either business can now access the combined offer: MCL Medics’ clinical infrastructure and governance, and Healthoutfit’s wellbeing programmes, proven in some of the UK’s most demanding working environments.

Both businesses serve the UK energy sector, including offshore oil and gas, where the physical and psychological demands on workers are high and the case for early health intervention is well evidenced.
