Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling. Yes, the Health and Safety at Work Act requires you to have trained first aiders. But the real value is in building a workforce that can actually manage an emergency, make sound decisions under pressure, and look after each other’s mental health.
Our courses are led by active clinical practitioners, people who work in offshore, remote and frontline healthcare settings. They don’t just teach the theory. They bring the reality.
Service at a glance:

Yes. All courses can be delivered onsite at your location, or at our training facilities. For larger groups, onsite delivery is usually more cost-effective and causes less operational disruption.
Yes. First Aid courses are HSE approved. Mental Health First Aid is delivered through the licensed MHFA England programme. Offshore medic training is HSE approved for UK Continental Shelf deployment.
Absolutely. We regularly build custom programmes for employers with specific requirements, combining elements from different courses or adding sector-specific content. All bespoke programmes are delivered by active clinicians with real operational experience.
Active clinicians and practitioners, not retired academics. Our instructors currently work in the environments they teach about, which means your staff learn from real-world experience, not theoretical knowledge.
