MCL Medics has secured a three-year contract extension with Worley, continuing a partnership that has delivered integrated occupational health and wellbeing services across Worley’s UK operations.
The renewal reflects the results MCL Medics has achieved during the existing contract. Over the current term, the MCL Medics clinical team has delivered a hybrid model combining dedicated onsite Occupational Health Advisors with remote clinical support, giving Worley’s workforce direct access to OH guidance within their operational environment.
Under the extended agreement, MCL Medics will continue to provide:
- Onsite clinical presence. Dedicated Occupational Health Advisors embedded within Worley’s operations, available for same-day consultations and workplace health guidance.
- Management referrals and advisory. Independent medical advice for HR and leadership teams on fitness, capability, and return-to-work decisions.
- Health surveillance and safety-critical medicals. Compliant monitoring for employees exposed to workplace health hazards, delivered onsite or at MCL Medics clinics.
- Proactive wellbeing support. Prevention-focused initiatives aimed at reducing absence and supporting long-term workforce health.
Richard O’Donnell, CEO at MCL Medics, said:
“Worley is the kind of client we built this business around. They operate in demanding environments where occupational health has to be practical, responsive, and clinically rigorous. Our onsite advisors are part of their team, not visitors with clipboards. This extension gives us another three years to build on what is already a strong working relationship.”
